ArcBox, a division of Viridian Solar and a leader in fire‑safety solutions for solar PV systems, is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Cologne, Germany. This expansion marks an important milestone in ArcBox’s continued growth across Europe and reinforces the company’s commitment to improving solar safety across the region.
Since its launch in 2020, ArcBox has gained momentum as awareness of DC connector fire risks continues to grow. By establishing an office in Germany, the company is positioning itself to deliver faster support, improved training opportunities, and closer engagement with the partners driving solar adoption across the continent.
The new office “Haus der Zukunft” translated as “House of the Future” is situated in Hürth one of western Germany’s most vibrant economic areas. Just a 10‑minute walk from Hürth‑Kalscheuren train station with direct rail links to Cologne, and less than 20 minutes from Cologne/Bonn Airport, the location offers excellent connectivity for employees, customers, and partners.
Designed to support ArcBox’s expanding European operations, the facility features modern, flexible workspaces, well‑equipped meeting rooms, and dedicated areas for training, demonstrations, and partner events. These resources will help the company collaborate more effectively with installers, distributors, and construction partners throughout Europe.
